I’ve opted for a really simple layout this week for my meal plan. It’s been such a busy weekend and we are planning to put our Christmas tree up once Harry wakes up from his nap so I wanted to get it done quickly.
I love using my bullet journal to plan our meals as it gives me the flexibility to set out my meal plans in a way that works for me that week. Sometimes I plan my shopping list too if I am planning to make lots of new recipes, sometimes I like to take my time and be creative with my layout, other times I just scribble a list of meals on a page as fast as I can. I find that, however I choose to set my page up, I feel calm and relaxed once I have finished, like I am ready to take on the coming week with at least one aspect of my life organised!
So here it is, what we will be eating next week!

Monday
- Cheese and lentil slice
- So Juicy chicken and homemade chips
Tuesday
- Pizza pinwheels and salad
- Spaghetti and meatballs
Wednesday
- Curried chickpea patties and mixed vegetables
- Homemade fishcakes and peas.
Thursday
- Cheese savoury wraps
- Sausage, beans and mashed potato
Friday
- Mini cheese and ham quiche and salad
- Chicken curry and rice
