It’s the first day of the Summer holidays and we’ve had a busy morning. We baked these ‘breakfast doughnuts’ which were a big hit with the kids. They were really easy to make so even Megan could help. They make a great snack or breakfast treat and are perfect for making with kids as they’re so easy to do!

These porridge cups are so quick and easy to make. They’re just 2 ingredients and are perfect for serving fun little snacks. I served mine with yoghurt and fruit but you could fill with ice cream and use as a healthy alternative to cones or whatever else you can think of!

For the first time in a while, I had the urge to get creative in the kitchen. I raided the cupboards to see what we had in and decided to make these blueberry quinoa bars. I’ve tried a few recipes for similar quinoa bars in the past so decided to see if I could make something tasty with the mismatch of ingredients I had in the house. They were really quick and easy to make and turned out really tasty. The kids really enjoyed them which, as always, is the most important thing!

These orange and cranberry biscuits are the perfect treat for your little one. With no added refined sugar they make a great snack for your little ones (they also taste great with a cup of tea for us parents)!
