- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/2 a spring onion, finely chopped
- Breadcrumbs
Method:
- Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese and spring onion together.
- shape the mixture into burger shapes.
- coat the burger in breadcrumbs.
- Cook the burger in the oven on 180° until it is golden and crispy on the outside.
we like to serve these with sweet potato wedges and salad or vegetables depending on what we have in the fridge at the time!

Can you suggest an alternative to cream cheese as my little boy reacts to dairy?
Most supermarkets have a good range of dairy free cheeses, including cream cheese. Definitely worth checking out!
Do you think these could be cooked on the stove instead of baked?
I’ve never tried it. If you do I’d make sure you don’t use much oil as they tend to fall apart if you do.
