Banana choc chip flavour
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp porridge oats
- 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1/2 a ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp chocolate chips (optional)
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients together well.
- Spoon into a container.
- Cover with clingfilm and put in the fridge overnight. (Or at least 4 hours)
- Serve and enjoy!
Mixed berry flavour
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp frozen mixed berries
- 2 tbsp porridge oats
- 1 small pot of strawberry fromage frais
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Method
- Defrost the berries in the microwave for approx. 1 minute until soft.
- Once cool, mash the berries with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl.
- Mix well.
- Spoon into a container.
- Cover with clingfilm and put in the fridge overnight. (Or at least 4 hours)
- Serve and enjoy!
There are so many different flavours of overnight oats that you can try. I will post more as we get round to making them!
