Organix Jammie Monsters Review

Anyone who has followed me for a while will know that I love Organix snacks for my kids.  I’ve always been a firm believer of giving treats in moderation as part of teaching my children to eat a balanced diet and if I can find healthier options then that’s always a bonus!

When Organix sent us these new Jammie Monsters we couldn’t wait to try them.  The children started asking for them before I’d even finished opening the box!

The biscuits come in boxes of 8 and each biscuit is individually wrapped, which I found really handy as I could just throw a biscuit each for the kids in my bag  when we were out and about.  I also love that they are a healthier biscuit option for the kids when I can’t be bothered to make my own.  They have a delicious strawberry and apple 100% fruit filling and 25% less sugar than a mini Jammie Dodger.

What did the kids think?

Harry and Megan LOVED the Jammie Monsters biscuits!  Both really enjoyed the taste and asked for another as soon as they’d finished.  Harry really liked the different monster characters on each biscuit and started making up stories about each one, describing them to me which was great for his imaginative play and building his vocabulary.

When we were out at the park I hid the biscuits and we went on a monster hunt, Harry changed the words to ‘We’re Going On A Bear Hunt’ to suit his surroundings and describe the monster he found at the end.  It’s amazing how a little character on a biscuit can spark a child’s imagination so much!

Would I buy Organix Jammie Monsters again?

I already have! They’re really tasty (Yep, I’ve eaten a few as well as the kids!)  and really handy to have in the cupboard for a quick treat at home or for out and about.  They’re super convenient being individually wrapped and they really sparked my kids imaginations.  All this while being a healthier alternative to similar biscuit treats, that’s a definite win in my book!

Quick Megan, I’ll distract her by smiling for the camera, you steal us another biscuit each!
