Meal Plan

I’ve gone back to basics with this week’s meal plan. I planned it in my bullet journal, which I hadn’t done for a few weeks and really enjoyed sitting down with a cup of tea to and putting pen to paper. I have linked any recipes that have already been published on our website in the post and will be adding more throughout the week.

I’m also planning on making a few sweet treats throughout the week so keep your eyes peeled for those!

Meal Plan

Monday

  • Pesto pitta pockets and salad

Homemade pesto

  • Spaghetti and meatballs

Tuesday

  • Carrot and courgette savoury muffins and vegetable sticks
  • Salmon fishcakes with vegetable couscous

Wednesday

  • Cheesy beans on toast

Thursday

  • Beetroot and feta salad
  • Shepherd’s pie

  • Sandwiches, vegetable sticks and houmous
  • Chicken stir fry

Saturday

  • Pizza pinwheels and salad

Sunday
