Mango Ice Cream

This tasty, healthy mango ice cream is quick and easy to make and super tasty!


  • 250g fresh mango
  • 250g greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey for over 1 year olds)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (Aproximately the juice of 1/2 a lime)


  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Put the mixture in a tub and put in the freezer, taking it out to stir at 30 minute intervals for the first 2 hours. ┬áThe stirring stops the mixture crystallising and makes the ice cream creamier so don’t skip this step!
  • Enjoy!

And the verdict is… He loved it!
