I often get asked how I produce so many meals for the tribe of little mouths that are at my home at dinnertime daily, truth is with planning and very little preparation.
I am a busy married mum of 3 children who are 6, 4 and 16 months but I also work a full-time 50 hour week as a Registered Childminder.
I currently have 7 children here after school so my kitchen essential is my slow cooker.
I try to make well balanced, nutritional meals and also have to factor in any allergens the children may have so I plan my meals out to include the children’s favourite foods along with adding a variety of meat and veg daily.
I hope you enjoy my short slow cooker video tutorials, and I hope to speak to most of you on the facebook group or please comment below to request other slow cooker meal tutorials.

  • Shepherd’s pie (Use the recipe below but substitute beef mince for lamb!)

Tuesday

  • Pizza toast
  • Fish cakes

Wednesday

  • Pesto pitta pockets

  • Enchiladas

Thursday

  • Tuna and sweetcorn pasta
  • Pizza

Friday

  • Pinwheels

  • Chicken curry

    Just wanted to find out where you bought the packet of mixed fish for the fish pie slow cooker recipe?

    1. Hi Lucy
      I bought the Fish mix pack from Aldi.
      I added 2 cod fillets aswell as extra and they were also from Aldi in one of their frozen packs. I defrosted them before using them.
