I wasn’t going to type this one up, it was so quick, easy and unworthy of a recipe that I didn’t see the point in typing up how I made this grape smoothie. But then I thought, why not share it! Sometimes the simple things are the best and the easiest forgotten so I’m going to pop it on here so it’s safe and remembered.
Obviously you can use whichever fruit you like, frozen berries would be perfect for this, but I used grapes so I will write the recipe using grapes.
Grapes were a really subtle flavour but still tasty enough for Harry and I to enjoy. I think next time I will try blueberry or strawberry!
- A large handful of grapes
- 1/2 banana
- 150g natural yoghurt
- 300g whole milk
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender… simple as that! You can sieve the smoothie after to remove any bits if you like but Harry wasn’t phased by the tiny bits left in the smoothie. Obviously if you have a fancy blender like a nutri bullet then you will achieve a smoother smoothie anyway!
