Blitz the oats in a food processor until they are a flour consistency.
Add the oats, vanilla essence, oil and chocolate chips to the mashed banana and mix well.
Leave to rest for 15 minutes whilst you preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Take small chunks of the mixture and roll into a ball. Gently squash the balls into a biscuit shape and lay on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
I’ve kept mine in a sealed container in the fridge for a week before and they were fine. Not sure if you could keep them for longer, they never last that long here!
Sorry this is more of a general question ~ are your oven temperatures for normal ovens or fan assisted? I seem to get the bakes wrong and maybe this is why! Thanks
How long do these keep in a sealed container? 🙂

Could these be frozen?
I haven’t tried yet. I would imagine you could but not sure how they’d defrost or if they would go soggy or not.
I’ll check next time I make them!
