Ingredients:
1 egg
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
Organic sunflower oil (for cooking)
Method:
- Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.
- Whisk one egg and add to the banana.
- Add peanut butter (to taste) and mix well.
- Put a small amount of sunflower oil in the pan, spoon a tablespoonful of the mixture into the pan and fry like scotch pancakes.
- Enjoy!
We usually serve ours with mixed berries and yogurt for a tasty breakfast or snack.

They are super easy to make and IF you have leftovers you can heat them with a little bit of butter and they taste amazing 🙂

What would you suggest to replace the peanut butter with if baby has allergy to nuts?
Hi, you can just use banana and egg, it’s ok to miss out the peanut butter. 🙂
